The Assembly of God Church of Kellogg began in the late 1930's in a building located on Main Street in Kellogg, Idaho. Two years later the congregation moved to worship in a house on the same site as the church now stands today. The garage was converted into a parsonage. In the 1960's the congregation moved to the Full Gospel Mission and worshipped with that congregation for about two years. They decided to move to the I.O.O.F. Hall and held services there for about six months while they began work on the building the church meets in today. The congregation moved into the church basement for meetings for two years while the main level was being completed. Rev. Ray Kech was pastor during the construction.
